Prepping for the Restaurant Show...

Here at our Warehouse in Greenpoint, we're busy preparing for the Restaurant Show, which kicks off this Sunday, 2/28 at the Javits Center:

Above, the set-up process...
Our new "Adam" & "Eve" bases (you can decide which is which), built from solid iron construction, and shown here with Mango wood in Dark Brown. Our "Loboy" chair in Ingas wood, as well as the "Perch" are spotted on the scene. Up front, you'll see an example of our new reclaimed Railroad Tie flooring, which we're debuting this weekend as a wall application. If you're a regular of From the Source, you'll know that the Railroad Ties are a staple material for us. You might have seen some of our stock merchandise built with it in the past; mirrors, shelving, table tops and more. Now, you can customize a beautiful vertical application, using the same rustic, reclaimed material.

Below, an updated version of the "Sanoma" chair, which was previously posted. We've updated the proportions a bit, and if you come by for a "seat", you'll notice how well the ergonomics are executed. The chairs are really quite comfortable! It's always shocking for first time visitors to realize just how comfy solid wood can be...In this case, the chairs are built from solid Teak, finished with our standard water based acrylic stain. In the background, you'll see a hint of our new line, called "Urban Farm", which combines reclaimed painted teak paneling with iron. Here, we've used the paneling to construct the base for our Reclaimed Ingas bar top, which will be on view at the show as well.

Again, the show runs this Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 2/28-3/2 at the Jacob Javits Center. We'll be at booth 1120 each day from 10am-5pm, so come by and check out the finished product!
